ESH supplied and installed both the trace heating and thermal insulation to provide temperature maintenance to stainless steel pipework within a Zone I hazardous area. The pipe required to maintain a temperature of +40°C. Our ATEX approved constant wattage heating cable, type SCBXT, was used throughout this project.

Here for this leading manufacturer of polythene products, ESH designed, supplied and installed a high temperature maintenance trace heating system. The process plant pipework and equipment required maintaining at a minimum temperature of +80°C to allow for smooth and efficient running.

Waitrose National Distribution Centre, Milton Keynes
Once finished, this giant building will become one of the UK's largest ever distribution centres constructed, covering a site of 45 acres. Here ESH supplied and install a trace heating system to provide frost protection to the external CHW and MCWS pipework. Type VC constant wattage heating cable was used throughout this project.
