Telford Co-Operative Academy

Within this brand new state of the art academy, set to open in September, ESH designed, supplied and installed a frost protection trace heating system to the external LTHW and BCWS pipework on the buildings roof.

Robinson Brothers Ltd, West Bromwich

ESH supplied and installed both the trace heating and thermal insulation to provide temperature maintenance to stainless steel pipework within a Zone I hazardous area. The pipe required to maintain a temperature of +40°C. Our ATEX approved constant wattage heating cable, type SCBXT, was used throughout this project.

Flocktons, Grimsby (Storage Tank 2)

ESH Trace Heating Ltd Tank Heating SystemPart 2 of this Flocktons project saw ESH design, supply and install a second storage tank frost protection system. Again using type FBT self regulating trace heating cable, this tank required only the lower half protecting. 150 metres of heating cable was installed in total to this 2.5m dia x 6.5m high storage tank.

British Polythene Ltd, Widnes

Here for this leading manufacturer of polythene products, ESH designed, supplied and installed a high temperature maintenance trace heating system. The process plant pipework and equipment required maintaining at a minimum temperature of +80°C to allow for smooth and efficient running.

Waitrose National Distribution Centre, Milton Keynes

Once finished, this giant building will become one of the UK's largest ever distribution centres constructed, covering a site of 45 acres. Here ESH supplied and install a trace heating system to provide frost protection to the external CHW and MCWS  pipework. Type VC constant wattage heating cable was used throughout this project.
