A local project and a site we have done work for in previous years. ESH were contracted to supply and install a trace heating system to maintain steel pipework and two tanks at a temperature of +70ºC. The tanks comprised of a holding tank and a pre-mix tank, both 2.2m diameter and 3.5m tall. In total the system required over 300 metres of type SCB30/2 constant wattage heating cable.

The project scope here was to design, supply and install a trace heating system to temperature maintain three sections of pipework at +30ºC and +10ºC respectively. Almost 500 metres of type FBTBOJ20/2 self regulating heating cable was installed and controlled using multiple digital thermostats and control panels.

Supplied and installed a trace heating system to temperature maintain hot water pipework at a minimum of +55°C. Type H2OWAT55 self regulating heating cable was straight traced onto the copper pipework.

ESH were asked to test a damaged circuit and if necessary remove and replace. The damaged circuit, caused by others, had to be replaced with mineral insulated hazardous area constant wattage heating tape.

5 Hyde Park (Rackspace Ltd), London
This was ESH's first project here at Rackspace's ultra modern UK headquarters. Part one, of this two part project, saw ESH design, supply and install a trace heating system to temperature maintain the internal hot water pipework at a minimum of +55ºC. Type H2OWAT55 self regulating heating cable was installed throughout to achieved the required temperature.

A saucey project right on the door step of ESH HQ. For this local job we were contracted to design, supply and install two trace heating systems to temperature maintain both a Glucose line at +40°C and a Caustic line at +20°C. Type VCBOJ constant wattage heating tape was straight traced onto both sets of pipework and temperature controlled using DTC digital thermostats.
